Cancellation Policy
At our spa, we acknowledge that situations may arise necessitating appointment changes. To optimize time for both clients and estheticians, we kindly ask that all cancellations/rescheduling be done at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
To confirm your booking, a 20% non-refundable deposit is now required for all appointments, with a valid credit card needed to secure your slot. For no call/no show scenarios, a 50% missed appointment fee will apply. Please be aware that being 20 minutes late will be treated as a no call/no show, potentially resulting in appointment unavailability.
